This role will provide skilled nursing care to patients in a dynamic and busy environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
  • Administer direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Manage telemetry and cardiac rhythm interpretation
  • Perform wound care, manage surgical drains, and handle PCA
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including CNA, Charge Nurse, and hospitalist
  • Assist in departmental safety rounds and ADLs

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Experience with PCA, surgical drains, and wound care
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn Cardizem/Amiodarone gtt administration
