Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state licensure with verification through Nursys

• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Complete work history and resume with no gaps exceeding 60 days
• Completed skills checklist and professional references
• Professional badge-appropriate photograph for credentialing
