Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,912 per week in Wilmington, NC

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical - Neuro Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: NC or Compact license pending acceptable Certifications: BCLS required, NIH preferred Must-Have: Candidate must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty. Neuro experience preferred. Description: This position requires a skilled registered nurse specializing in medical surgical neuro care. Ratios are 1:5-6, with possible scheduling flexibility. Requires a commitment to work during catastrophic events or disasters as part of a team. The unit handles neuro surgical procedures and diagnoses. Candidates must be open to floating within the facility as needed. The nursing unit is supported by interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy and pharmacy. Candidates should possess experience with telemetry and maintaining IVs. Weekend shifts are part of the contract, with a requirement of 12-16 weekend shifts per agreement. Additional duties may be assigned depending on unit needs.
