This travel assignment specializes in Med Surg and requires versatility to float across all critical care floors, ER, as well as Step-Down and PACU as needed. Key Responsibilities of the ICU RN for Float Pool- Provide critical care in various units, including ER and Step-Down
- Adapt to patient needs across different critical care settings
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records and data management
Requirements of the ICU RN for Float Pool- BLS/ACLS certifications required
- EPIC EMR experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar-sized facility
