Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg
Provide high-quality care to medical/surgical patients
Manage a patient ratio of 5-6:1
Collaborate efficiently with healthcare team members
Maintain a positive attitude and ensure timeliness in patient care
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg
Current RN license
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a level 1 trauma or mid-large hospital
