Any RTO not included at time of submission will not be approved. Valid TN state license or compact multi-state license required at time of submission. Current Nursys report required; license must be active. No pending licenses accepted. All certifications must be included in the submission packet; some roles may allow pending certifications if they can be obtained prior to start (will be advised in JD).
