Skills: - Med/Surg, MS/Tele - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - Management of dysrhythmias - Telemetry - remote monitoring - Use of Rapid Response/Code teams - Bowel obstruction management - Colostomy/Ileostomy management and care - Feeding tube care and management - Pre/Post Hemodialysis management - Renal failure care - Blood product administration - Central line blood draw - Peripheral line care and management - Phlebotomy - PICC line management - Starting and maintaining IVs - Heparin administration - Insulin administration - PCA management - Chest tubes - Emerson/PleurEvac - BiPAP/CPAP management - High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) - Nasal Cannula management - Non-invasive airway management - Oral suctioning - Oxygen administration - Isolation precautions/PPE - Wound care and management Description: The role involves providing care to patients on a Medical-Surgical unit.
