**Join Our Team as an RN in Med Surg East - Nights!** **Job Description:** - **Location:** 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128 - **Shift:** Nights (1900-0730) - **Assignment Length:** 13 weeks - **Weekly Guaranteed Hours:** 36 or 48 - please indicate on the submission form - **Patient Ratios:** - Days: 1:5-6 - Nights: 1:6-7 - **Weekend Requirements:** As required by facility (typically every other weekend) - **Call Requirements:** None **Position Overview:** - Utilize the nursing process to provide exceptional patient care to individuals of all ages. - Responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. - Collaborate with ancillary departments to enhance patient comfort and care. - Maintain patient rights and confidentiality in all interactions. **Unit Information:** - **Number of Beds:** 15 (with 15 additional beds under construction) - **Equipment Used:** Nova Meters for blood glucose, Alaris IV pumps, Kangaroo pumps, SCD machines - **Electronic Medical Records:** EPIC **Qualifications:** - **Required Licensure:** Current RN License in the state of Missouri - **Required Certifications:** BLS from AHA only - **Preferred Certifications:** ACLS from AHA only - **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in Med Surg (inpatient only) - **Personality Fit:** Must be a team player willing to provide care to a diverse population **Dress Code:** - **Scrub Color:** Black - **Unacceptable Attire:** Anything other than black scrubs, no open-toed shoes **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
