Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Provide high-quality nursing care for patients undergoing knee, hip replacements, and multi-level spine surgeries
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including secretaries, PCTs, and Navigators
- Utilize Meditech for documentation and patient records management
- Operate equipment such as coolers, walkers, SCDs, and CPMs effectively
- Maintain a 6:1 patient ratio while delivering compassionate care
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Active RN License
- Demonstrated experience and compassion in an ortho-focused environment
- Proven teamwork skills
