Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Duration: 2 years Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 13 hours (6:30 AM - 7:30 PM) Experience: Minimum of one year of registered nursing experience or equivalent education in nursing License: Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee or holds a privilege to practice in Tennessee under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR Must-Have: - Current nursing license - Experience in registered nursing Description: Under general supervision, responsible for registered nursing duties of average difficulty. Performs related work as required. Provides nursing care and procedures according to physician's orders and nursing protocol. Administers medication according to physician's orders and protocol. Evaluates possible side effects and the overall effectiveness of medication. Performs Basic Life Support (BLS), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and other emergency responses. Participates in emergency response settings. No time off requests will be accepted during the first 60 days of employment.
