Med-surg unit with 45 beds.
The unit includes 28 telemetry beds.
Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5 to 1:6.
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required.
Virtual nurse assistance available hospital-wide.
Ideal candidates should possess strong clinical skills and be adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating with the healthcare team.
A commitment to providing high-quality patient care is expected.
