Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,964 per week in Nashville, TN

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Duration: Full-Time Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 13 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Current unencumbered Nursing license Certifications: Current AHA/BLS CPR-Basic Life Support BLS Provider that is active Must-Have: Flexibility to work all units and lift up to 50 lbs Description: Firm start date for full-time RN day shift. Requirements for agency clearance must be fulfilled prior to hire. A 2-step TB Skin Test must be completed within 1 year of hire date. No more than 21 days can pass between the first and second TB tests. An IGRA – TB blood test/QuantiFERON Gold must be completed within 1 year of hire date. A chest X-ray must be conducted within 1 year of hire date. Proof of annual influenza vaccination is mandatory during flu season, or approval for exemption. Mandatory orientation lasting seven days. Work schedule consists of a rotation requiring flexibility. No special schedules will be accommodated. No vacation days will be available for the first 60 days. All requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position.
