Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,966 per week in Fort Wayne, IN

Job Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Profession: RN (Registered Nurse) Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years Med/Surg Experience License: Current RN License valid in Indiana or compact Certifications: BLS Certification Must-Have: Minimum of 1 year Med/Surg Experience Description: Provide direct patient care under the scope of Registered Nurse. Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record system. Manage medications using PYXIS. Be prepared to float to other Medical Surgical units when necessary. The unit has a 20-bed capacity. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 5:1. Wear Caribbean Blue or White scrubs. Tops and bottoms must be in the same color. White or black undershirts and jackets are acceptable. Participate in general orientation and departmental training. Completion of EPIC training is required. Departmental orientation lasts 1-2 shifts. Cancellations may occur up to 24 hours prior to the start of an assignment.
