Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $1,969 per week in Baton Rouge, LA

Job Title: Medical Surgical Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of Medical Surgical experience required License: Active state or compact license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Travel experience required - Previous Telemetry experience preferred Description: Med Surg RN position available. Candidates must have at least 2 years of Medical Surgical experience. Travel experience is mandatory. Local candidates will not be considered. Charge experience is preferred. Patient ratios in the unit may vary, but experience with a 6 patient ratio is recommended. Interdisciplinary support is available, including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and Pharmacy. Patient population consists primarily of adults, with a daily census of around 30 patients. Candidates should be comfortable floating to other units as needed. All candidates must be willing to adhere to required vaccinations, including the COVID-19 vaccine.
