Requirements:

• Active RN license verified through Nursys
• Minimum 2 years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Current certification card (BLS required; ACLS/other specialty certifications as applicable)
• EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred
• Complete work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days
• Current skills checklist and professional references
• Professional badge-appropriate photograph for credentialing
