Profiles will include important information related to patient care and staff qualifications. The unit has a total of 30 beds. Patient ratios are typically 1:4 or 1:5. The equipment utilized in this unit includes an EMR system. The department encourages a positive work environment and values team players. Staff members should possess a flexible work schedule. Dress code includes navy scrubs. Hoodies or jackets not designated as scrub jackets and crocs are not acceptable attire. Candidates must be ready to engage in a collaborative and supportive setting. First day instructions will include a report to the designated location. Orientation is essential, and candidates should be available for onboarding during the first week.
