Description:
Unit Information: 27 beds with 5-6 RNs and 2-3 LNAs.
Charge RN on day shift with RNs and LNAs.
Night shift consists of a Charge RN, RNs, and 2-3 LNAs.
Patient ratios are 5-6:1.
Typical equipment includes Hoyer, CPM, and EMR.
Common procedures performed include orthopedic surgeries such as knees, hips, shoulders, and cervical, as well as bariatrics.
Candidates should be able to work collaboratively with team members and maintain a patient-focused approach.
Weekend shifts required; 4 weekend shifts within a 4-week schedule.
