Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN specializing in Med Surg for a travel assignment in Kansas City, MO. This position is within a dynamic environment at a Level 1 Trauma Center, demanding proficiency and adaptability in Orthopaedic and Trauma care.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Deliver patient care for post-op knee, hip, and shoulder replacements
- Manage trauma patients and some neuro overflow
- Conduct bedside shift reports and hourly rounding to enhance patient experience
- Adjust to patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5
- Utilize the Meditech documentation system
- Collaborate with a team including Unit Secretary and PCTs
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Orthopaedic experience
- Tele and NIH knowledge
