Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,008 to $2,182 per week in Manning, SC

McLeod Health Clarendon is seeking a dedicated MedSurg RN for a 13-week contract at their rural hospital facility in Manning, SC. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care, demonstrating professional excellence and compassion in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment.

• Patient Care: Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6.
• Clinical Interventions: Implement nursing interventions consistent with the Plan of Care, including standard work for central lines, chest tubes, catheters (foley/suprapubic), and pressure ulcers.
• Safety: Conduct hourly rounds utilizing the "4 P’s" and maintain strict adherence to fall risk and restraint protocols.
• Professionalism: Exhibit excellent customer relations in accordance with Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
• Medication Management: Ensure appropriate storage and safety of medications, including large-volume IVs and pre-packaged kits.

• Unit: MedSurg (16039) – Rural Hospital Setting.
• Weekends: Every other weekend required.
• Work Location: 10 East Hospital Street, Manning, SC 29102.
