Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Provide care for patients with acute or chronic diseases and post-op surgeries
- Manage co-morbid conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, infections, CHF, and electrolyte imbalances
- Perform clinical assessments, IV insertion and care, and wound care
- Conduct cardiac monitoring and telemetry interpretation
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
- Engage in discharge planning and patient education
Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Active RN License (GA)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
- BCR (Basic Cardiac Rhythm) required
- 2 years Med/Tele experience
