Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide patient care for general medical, cardiac, pneumonia, UTI, chest pain, and fluid overload cases
• Maintain patient ratios of RN: 1:4, CNA: 1:8
• Perform wound care, telemetry, and cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Collaborate with CNAs, charge nurses, and other support staff
• Utilize Epic EMR and Alaris IV Pumps for accurate patient records and medication administration

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
• Experience with PCA, surgical drains, and cardiac medications preferred
