Schedule: 3×12
Experience Required: 2 Years
Weekly Pay:$2,050 to $2,250
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care to medical-surgical patients
Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and monitor patients for changes in condition
Monitor vital signs, pain levels, intake and output, oxygen saturation, and other clinical indicators
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and prescribed treatments safely
Monitor IV lines, central lines, drains, catheters, wound sites, and other patient-care devices
Provide wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and post-operative nursing care
Monitor patients with acute and chronic medical conditions and identify potential complications
Recognize changes in patient status and promptly communicate concerns to physicians and other members of the healthcare team
Assist with admissions, transfers, procedures, treatments, and discharge planning
Provide pain management and evaluate patient responses to medications and interventions
Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
Promote fall prevention, infection control, mobility, nutrition, hydration, and overall patient safety
Respond appropriately to rapid responses, emergencies, and code situations
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, CNAs, case managers, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
Support continuity of care and effective discharge planning
