Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,074 per week in Alton, IL

Patient ratio experience. Familiar with electronic charting systems. Experience in general surgery and medical overflow. Skills in blood product administration and isolation precautions. Description: The registered nurse will provide care in a medical surgical unit. Daily patient ratio is 1:5-6. The nurse will be responsible for administering medications and performing treatments. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential for patient care. The role includes monitoring patients' conditions and responding to medical emergencies. Flexibility to float within the service line may be required. Weekend shifts are required every other week. All travelers will float within the service line to meet facility needs. Strict adherence to compliance and scheduling requirements is expected. All required certifications must be current and valid. No exceptions will be made for requested time off once submitted. The nurse will assist with general patient diagnoses and care needs on the unit. All candidates must meet the submission requirements prior to onboarding.
