Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse

Must-Have:
- Comfortable caring for pediatric patients when assigned
- Previous charge experience preferred
- Experience with telemetry required
Description:
This position involves a 36/48 hour alternating schedule.
Most patients are adults, but pediatric patients may also be seen.
Registered Nurses should be comfortable caring for these patients.
Support from permanent staff will be available when needed.
Additional skills required include accessing and managing ports, managing BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, and managing cardiac and vasoactive drips (no titration required).
The work environment includes caring for adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Daily census averages around 8 patients.
Patient ratios are generally 5:1.
Staffing will include interdisciplinary support from physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy, among others.
Compliance with required health protocols is mandatory.
Clinicians must complete necessary lab items within the specified time frame.
Travel experience is highly preferred for this role.
Candidates should be prepared to manage various patient diagnoses.
