Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,095 per week in Salem, MA

Job Title: Float Pool RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of acute care hospital experience; 2 years working as a Traveler License: Active RN License Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Must be willing to float to multiple units Description: Float throughout the hospital to various Med/Surg Tele areas. Responsible for cardiac monitoring, administering cardiac drips, and interpreting telemetry strips every four hours. Experience with TR Band required. Clinician to patient ratio is up to 5:1 during days and evenings, and up to 6:1 at night. Caring for patients in various conditions, including ED border patients and those in acute mental health. Units range from 8 to 41 beds. Rotation requirements may include shifts from days/evenings to nights. Charting is done using an electronic medical record system.
