Demonstrates competency through the nursing process which includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as outlined by regulatory authorities. Strives to achieve optimal outcomes in patient care. Education required includes an Associate's Degree in Nursing. Candidates must obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within specified timeframes if starting in this RN role. Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program is essential. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrates effective time management and organizational skills. Self-directed with ability to make quality independent decisions. Exhibits analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
