Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients with respiratory diseases, renal diseases, gastrointestinal illnesses, and more
- Monitor and administer medication, including heparin drips
- Use medical equipment such as IV pumps and monitor telemetrics
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Participate in case management and documentation using Meditech
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg- Current RN License
- BLS Certification
- Experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Proficient in teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication
