- Experience with patient ratios of 1:4-6.
Description:
Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in Medical/Surgical, telemetry, or PCU.
Expected to float to other equivalent units as needed.
Ratios typically range from 1:5 to 1:6.
Assigned populations include Medicine, Surgery, Cardiac, and Client.
RN will be placed in a vacancy that best fits their experience.
Position requires working 36 hours per week, or 3 - 12 hour shifts, with every other weekend included.
Candidates should have the ability to manage high patient loads while providing quality care.
