Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical/Spine – Colorado

Start Date: July 27, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Day Shift

Highlights:

• Specialized 18-20 bed Medical-Surgical/Spine unit with focus on post-operative burn and flap patients
• Patient ratio of 6:1 with LPN support, working alongside experienced nursing team
• Collaborative shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 2-3 nurses, 1 LPN, and 1-3 PCTs
• Work with specialized equipment including Hoyer lifts, air therapy systems, wound vacs, and PCA pumps
• EMR system: Meditech
• Travel nursing assignment with competitive compensation package

Requirements:

• Active Colorado RN license or compact state license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital Medical-Surgical experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Burn care experience strongly preferred
• Wound care and ostomy care experience preferred
• ACLS certification preferred
• Proficiency in wound and dressing care for post-operative burn and flap patients
