Job Description

Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: RN Medical/Surgical Specialty: RN Medical/Surgical Duration: 26 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Valid nursing license required Certifications: BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: EOW / EOH availability Description: Provide high-quality nursing care to medical/surgical patients. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families on care plans and health management. Document patient care and assessments accurately in the electronic health record. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor in all interactions.
