Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,164 per week in Atlanta, GA

Job Title: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg)
Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: 80 Jesse Hill Jr Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30303
Schedule: Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week

• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical/Surgical RN experience required.
• Level I Trauma Center or mid-to-large hospital experience required.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Must have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and excellent time management.

• 30-bed dedicated education unit.
• Travel nurses will not be responsible for educating students; responsibilities are limited to direct patient care.
• Patient population consists of mixed Medical/Surgical patients.
• Nurse-to-patient ratio: 5–6:1.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Medical/Surgical patients.
• Perform patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and follow established clinical protocols.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection prevention
