Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,183 per week in Albuquerque, NM

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of experience preferred License: Compact license accepted (must be obtained prior to start) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience - Patient ratio experience of 6 - Charting System experience required (Epic) Description: 36 or 48 hour options are available. Unit accepts first-time travelers. Weekends required. Floating required within the scope. Daily patient ratios are 6 for days, nights, and weekends. Orientation hours are incorporated into the schedule. Patient age groups include adults and geriatrics. The daily census is approximately 24 patients with a total of 30 beds. Interdisciplinary support team includes various services such as respiratory and pharmacy. Travelers will float to similar units as needed based on facility requirements. Travelers will receive a brief orientation on the unit. Modules are completed onsite during the orientation process.
