Must-Have:
Must be available for the first 2 weeks of assignment for orientation.
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend.
Must work with a variety of staff including RN, LPN, and Techs.
Cannot guarantee block scheduling at this time.
Description:
This position requires a registered nurse specializing in medical surgical care.
The nurse will float to other Med/Surg units as needed.
The patient ratio will typically be 1:5-6 during night shifts.
Ratios may flex to 7-8 patients, with RN paired with LPN for support in these instances.
The nurse will care for a mix of medical patients and specialties, including ortho/neurovascular, cardio/pulmonary, surgical patients, and more.
Compliance with required vaccinations is necessary.
References from supervisor level are required.
Modules must be completed during orientation and annually after that.
