This role requires expertise in floating between the medical floor and surgical/oncology units, utilizing Epic EMR. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the medical and surgical/oncology floors
- Manage a patient ratio of 1:5 to 6, ensuring attentive care and patient safety
- Adapt to the needs of a float pool environment, delivering consistent care across units
- Utilize Epic EMR for accurate patient record documentation and communication
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel- Valid RN license
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- Prior travel experience
- BLS certification
