Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage care for patients with non-titrating cardiac drips
- Provide comprehensive care for patients with a range of medical conditions, including ESRD, CHF, and diabetes
- Execute skilled tasks such as IV starts, wound care, and management of tubes/drains
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
- Adapt to caring for hematology/oncology patients without administering chemotherapy
Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele- Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Minimum 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience
- Competency in cardiac rhythm interpretation and general medical/surgical skillset
