Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,276 per week in Rochester, NY

Job Title: Level II Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 17 weeks Shift: Rotating shifts (Days, Evenings, Nights) Hours per Shift: 12.0 Experience: Two (2) years License: RN License (New York only) Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only) Must-Have: Telemetry experience Description: The Level II Registered Nurse is accountable for the provision of competent care. Care is based on established standards through clinical practice, service excellence, professional development, and research and evidence-based practice. The Level II Registered Nurse assumes an expanded role. Expanded roles may include charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member responsibilities. Telemetry experience is required for this position. An RN license in New York is mandatory. Candidates must hold a current American Heart Association BLS certification. A minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience is required. There is a rotating shift schedule with shifts alternating between days, evenings, and nights. Every other weekend and holiday work is expected as per unit needs.
