Key Responsibilities of the 1st Acute Med/Surg RN

Apply nursing knowledge to assess patient and family needs
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team
Provide direct patient care and evaluate patient progress
Coordinate care delivery throughout the patient's episode

Requirements of the 1st Acute Med/Surg RN

NYS RN Licensure
BLS and ACLS certifications
2 years of Med/Surg experience is required
