Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg
Provide general medical and surgical care
Perform potential infusions in the infusion center
Float within scope to meet facility needs
Handle peds cases on the Med Surg floor occasionally
Utilize Cerner for charting
Requirements of the RN - Med Surg
AHA BLS certification
KS or multistate RN license
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Med Surg setting
