This 13-week night shift contract (3x12-hour shifts) offers a competitive weekly blended rate of $2,300. Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse

Provide nursing care to patients with a variety of medical-surgical and oncology diagnoses.
Administer chemotherapy and manage side effects per protocol (if certified).
Monitor patient condition, document progress, and adjust care plans as necessary.
Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and oncology specialists.
Educate patients and families regarding disease processes and treatment plans.
Adhere strictly to infection control and hospital safety policies.

Requirements of the Travel Nurse

Active New Mexico RN license (or compact eligible).
BLS certification required; ONS chemotherapy certification preferred.
ACLS certification may be required depending on facility.
Minimum 2 years' recent MedSurg and/or Oncology nursing experience.
Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
Comfortable working night shifts in a fast-paced inpatient setting.
