Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week Med Surg assignment. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure safe and effective nursing practices in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to Medical-Surgical patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Follow infection prevention and hospital safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary departments.
• Respond calmly and efficiently during emergency situations.
