TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Portland, Oregon, 97086!
- Start Date:08/17/2026
- Duration:13 weeks
- Shift:Day, 3×12-hour (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Responsibilities :- Provide nursing care to adult and geriatric Med-Surg/Telemetry patients.
- Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications, including insulin and heparin protocols.
- Manage IVs, PICC lines, ports, central lines, and blood products.
- Care for patients with bowel obstructions, renal failure, and GI conditions.
- Perform wound care, tracheostomy care (preferred), feeding tube care, and ostomy care.
- Respond to rapid response/code situations.
- Float to other Med-Surg units and Providence sister facilities as needed.
