Demonstrating leadership through sharing knowledge and serving as a clinical resource is expected.
Effective communication through collegial relationships and interdisciplinary communication is essential.
Enhanced time management skills and the ability to assist others contribute to the overall performance of the team.
Additional duties may be assigned consistent with job objectives.
Attendance is crucial, and a strict attendance policy is enforced.
Absenteeism or lateness may lead to immediate termination.
Situations such as communicable diseases or hospitalization with supporting evidence will be reviewed in favor of the individual.
