Position: RN – Med/Surg
Location: New York City, NY
Shift: Days – 3x11.5s (34.5hrs per week)
Duration: 13 weeks
Job Duties
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Provide direct bedside care to pre- and post-surgical patients
Administer and document medications
Perform wound care, IV therapy, catheter insertion, and dressing changes
Monitor patient vitals and report adverse reactions
Operate and adjust medical equipment, recording patient data
Collaborate on discharge planning
Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery care
Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts
Follow established nursing standards and protocols
