Requests for time off after upload or during interview will not be approved. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. Travelers may not take all holidays off. Must work two blocks if scheduled or needed during holiday periods. Effective immediately, Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License is required for submission.
