Job Title: RN - Med Surg - Travel

Location: Alexandria, LA

Pay: $2,356.92 weekly

Shifts: 7AM - 7PM

Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Travel Med Surg Registered Nurse for a temporary assignment in Alexandria, LA. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic medical-surgical environment, where you will provide both routine and complex care, helping to manage the clinical situation effectively.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies
  • Provide nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
  • Address increasingly complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
  • Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols
  • Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
  • Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and family members

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel
  • BLS certification from AHA required
  • RN License in state of employment or compact
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
