Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,362 per week in Fargo, ND

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Med Surg Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Day/Night Rotate Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years License: Compact state RN license or willing to obtain Certifications: BLS - AHA Must-Have: Experience working in a larger hospital with a minimum of 250 beds. Experience in a level 2 or higher trauma center. Two years of Med Surg experience; first-time travelers will not be considered. Recent travel experience preferred within the last year. Description: Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge. Utilize appropriate age-specific and population-specific standards as designated in the clinical setting. Utilize EMR systems, AccuDose, bladder scanners, Phillips monitors, and telemetry equipment. Be prepared to float to any Med Surg unit as needed. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 5:1 on day shifts and 6:1 on night shifts. Cancellation policy allows for cancellation up to 12 hours every 13 weeks.
