This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. Essential functions of the Staff Registered Nurse-Inpatient job description are adapted from the ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice. A strong understanding of nursing theory and practice is required. Clinical competence and experience in patient care management are essential.
