Seven Healthcare is pleased to present an exciting travel opportunity for an experienced Travel Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse in Wheeling, West Virginia. Key Responsibilities of the Travel MedSurg Registered Nurse:
  • Provide direct and compassionate nursing care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with varying diagnoses
  • Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and side effects
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and patient families to optimize care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Promote patient safety and advocate for high-quality outcomes
  • Support patients through pre- and post-operative recovery as needed
Requirements of the Travel MedSurg Registered Nurse:
  • Active RN license (West Virginia or compact state)
  • BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent MedSurg RN experience in an acute care hospital
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
