**Job Description:**

- COPD
- Post-operative cares
- AKI
- Trauma
- Respiratory failure
- Bowel obstruction
- Pyelonephritis
- Cardiac conditions
- Diabetes
- GI conditions
- Isolation
- SI with medical indications
**Essential Job Functions:**
- Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process for patients across various age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics.
- Thoroughly documents care delivered, adhering to regulatory and hospital requirements.
- Takes responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development of self and others.
- Practices within a clinical environment by applying theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
- Utilizes good judgment and demonstrates patience while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Works efficiently in a busy, stressful environment with practice adaptations for patient safety.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Electronic Medical Records software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage workload expectations.
- Excellent interpersonal verbal communication and advanced math skills.
- Creative problem solver with teamwork and decision-making abilities.
