Pay Rate: $44.26 - $51.64 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg for an exciting travel assignment in Wichita Falls, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and nursing standards.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS Certification (required).
• ACLS Certification (preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med Surg experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a travel healthcare environment.
